Grounded Flow Counselling offers nature-based therapeutic support that nurtures personal resilience. Our philosophy is rooted in the balance of a strong back — the inner strength to face life’s challenges — and a soft heart — the openness to stay connected, compassionate, and present.

Why Nature-Based ?

Time in nature provides a vital pause. Our sessions aim to:

  • Reconnect with your body and breath
  • Develop mindfulness and emotional regulation
  • Deepen your sense of self and belonging
  • Build practical tools for resilience and calm

Whether we’re walking a coastal trail, sitting beneath trees, floating on a paddle board or practising breathwork by the sea, the natural world becomes both the setting and the teacher.

The Approach

With a background in psychosocial support, counselling, yoga and freediving, I offer a grounded and intuitive approach that combines therapeutic insight with embodied presence. Sessions draw from:

  • Somatic awareness and breath-based techniques
  • Freediving principles of calm, focus, and trust
  •  Mindfulness and nature connection

Each session is personalised — no two journeys are the same.

I support individuals navigating:

  • Stress, anxiety, or burnout
  • Life transitions
  • Emotional overwhelm or disconnection
