Whether we’re walking a coastal trail, sitting beneath trees, floating on a paddle board or practising breathwork by the sea, the natural world becomes both the setting and the teacher.
The Approach
With a background in psychosocial support, counselling, yoga and freediving, I offer a grounded and intuitive approach that combines therapeutic insight with embodied presence. Sessions draw from:
- Somatic awareness and breath-based techniques
- Freediving principles of calm, focus, and trust
- Mindfulness and nature connection
Each session is personalised — no two journeys are the same.
